- I am playing on an iPhone with the latest iOS version installed.
- I am using the official app without any mods or third-party modifications.
- The crash only happens when interacting with Alex’s portrait; other characters’ portraits work fine.
- I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restoring my save data from iCloud backup, but the issue persists.
- Creating a new save file works fine, and Alex’s portrait doesn’t cause any crashes there. This suggests the problem is related to my original save file’s data.
